The 2025 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series season has come to a close, and the champion we deserved, and wanted won it all. Corey Heim wins the 2025 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series Championship.
I have gotten to know Corey since his ARCA days in 2021 and I have known how badly he has wanted it. Toyota believed in this man's talents and we are all seeing what this young guy is capable of. The best truck series season in history and it rightfully ended the way it should have! He has such an insane work ethic. The losses in 2023 and 2024 brought him to this insane season in 2025. He wanted it...and he got it!
At some point this weekend, I am sure there will be a nasty article about the playoff format, and believe me it should have not been this dramatic for Heim, but let's save that for another day. The kid deserves this title. 12 wins and God knows how many top 5's and top 10's. What a generational talent in the making. Take notes Cup and O'Reilly Series teams for 2026. You got an insane talent you can put on your payroll.
When I got to see him race at Lime Rock Park back in July, I knew we were in for a Corey Heim masterclass. And we got one! He always appreciated my photo work! And I am sure all those wins and memories of 2025 will come back to him as he checks his socials like he always does!
